Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer complimentary shipping on qualifying orders:

• UK: Free shipping for orders over £100

• International: Free shipping for orders over £150
  Shipping costs for other orders are calculated at checkout based on your location.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import fees.

 

Can I cancel or change my order?

If you would like to cancel or make changes, please contact us immediately at orders@valeriekanlondon.co with your order number.

We pack orders quickly, and if your order has not yet been packed or shipped, we will issue a full refund.
Please allow up to 72 hours for a response.
We cannot guarantee changes once the order is in progress.

 

What is your returns policy?

You may return your order within 14 days of delivery, provided all original tags are intact and the item is in unworn condition.

• Return shipping is covered by the customer.

• A £5 handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return postage must be paid by the customer unless the item is confirmed to be faulty.
Valerie Kan will cover return shipping for faulty items, subject to our inspection and full compliance with our Returns policy.
