RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

At Valerie Kan, we take great pride in the quality of our pieces and want you to feel confident in every purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with the policy outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility

1.1. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
1.2. Please note that products marked as “Sale” or “Non-Returnable” are not eligible for return or refund.

2. How to Request a Return

2.1. To submit a return request, please follow these steps:

• Visit our Returns Portal via our website.

• Enter your order number (including the #) and the email address used at checkout.

• Select the item(s) you’d like to return.

• Choose your preferred return method.

• Drop your parcel off at the nearest return point provided.​

3. Return Shipping Details

3.1. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
3.2. If returning items independently, we recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.
3.3. Items must be shipped within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns received after this period will not be accepted.

4. Review & Approval Process

4.1. Once your return is received, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets the return criteria.
4.2. You’ll receive an email notification confirming whether your return has been approved or declined.
4.3. Approved returns will be refunded minus a £5.00 processing fee.

5. Refunds

5.1. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
5.2. Please allow up to 14 working days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

6. International Orders

6.1. At this time, we do not offer exchanges on international orders.
6.2. Returns from outside the UK are accepted provided all eligibility conditions are met.
